It is possible to cancel your order by email before it has been processed.
Please send your order number and contact details by email to sales@annala.fi. Use "Order Cancellation" as the subject line.
Please note that orders are usually processed within 24 hours. The right to cancel does not apply to fabrics sold by the metre or products that are custom-made to order for the customer.
