Upholstery fabric woven with wool yarn in a polyester warp.
Diagonal stretch facilitates upholstery work.
Due to its original weave structure, Leinikkö frays at the cut edge. Overlocking the edges is recommended.

Background and design
Leinikkö is part of a collaborative collection by Annala and The Friends of Finnish Handicraft , reintroducing designs by Lotta Ring from the 1940s–1950s.
Ring worked at The Friends of Finnish Handicraft from 1948 to 1952 and designed, in addition to upholstery fabrics, rugs, rya rugs, and other textiles. Her work is rooted in strong craft tradition and material understanding, reflected in Leinikkö’s timeless and durable structure.

No finishing agents or additional chemicals have been added to the fabric.
The fabric is designed and manufactured in Finland.
